NJ orders gun stores closed.

NJ2AS Files Federal lawsuit against NJ Governor Murphy

On March 21, 2020, Governor Murphy signed Executive Order 107 to close all NJ gun stores. A democrat will never let a good crisis go to waste and the Corona Virus is no time to waste. Closing Gun stores as a ” non-essential” business. plays perfectly into Governor Murphy’s anti gun agenda.

This federal lawsuit is important because it’s our right to exercise the Second Amendment it’s also a fundamental and constitutional right to protect life. The closures of gun ranges and training facilities are also essential because as gun owners it is our responsibility to be proficient in the safe operation and use.

“Governor Murphy exploited the Covid 19 pandemic to close gun stores in order to forward his radical anti gun – anti self defense position. Democrats and Progressives live to undermine the Second Amendment. In this time of fear and uncertainty as many police and sheriff departments say they can’t keep us safe. It is now that the second amendment is vital to protect americans and their families

The police and sheriff’s say they are overwhelmed and cannot respond to all criminal activity, so NJ decides to close gun stores and ranges. Stores that sell many forms of lethal and non-lethal tools for self defense”

The NJ2A is a grassroots organization that advocates for the rights of gun owners in New jersey original article written by Alex “Alejandro” Roubian, President of the New Jersey Second Amendment Society.
